Shipping rates

• Free tracked shipping on orders of €30 or more.
• Orders under €30: €3 tracked shipping.

Prices and shipping are shown in your local currency when available. Amounts are converted from euros at the current exchange rate.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days depending on your country. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (holidays, sales).

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs. These are paid by the customer.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at n2n.egroup@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
