We want you to love your Gamopad. If you're not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Your right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

If you live in the European Union or the UK, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this period.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at n2n.egroup@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described.

Damaged or wrong item

If your Gamopad arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
